Apple announced that the new iPhone model will have a better finger print sensor than that of the previous model, the iPhone 5s.

One of the main reasons there was such a long waiting time to buy the iPhone 5s early on is because packaging companies  responsible for the Touch ID fingerprint sensor (such as Xintec) had very low yields and slowed down the entire production.

The iPhone 6 is expected to release sometime in the fall of 2014
